🎨Design & Customization

  • You can upload your artwork directly through our Design Editor when adding a product to your cart. Our editor allows you to adjust, preview, and finalize your design before placing your order.

  • We accept PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG, and AI files. For best results, we recommend vector files (AI, SVG, or PDF) with a transparent background. Contact us if you need help with files.

  • Yes! If our team notices any design issues, we will send you a digital proof for approval before production begins.

📦Orders & Shipping

  • Production times vary based on order size and customization. Products in the shop display the best estimate. Typically, orders ship within 3-7 business days.

  • Yes! We offer expedited production and shipping options. Shipping speeds are chosen at checkout. Contact us for expedited production.

🔄Returns & Replacements

  • We take great care in packaging, but if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace it.

  • Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect or error on our part.

  • If you realize an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. If production has not started, we may be able to adjust your design.

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, reach out to us! We will do our best to find a solution that works for you.
